If you have been waiting for VideoLANs VLC media player to arrive on Microsofts Xbox One gaming console, heres some good news: the app has been submitted to the Windows Store for approval, meaning it should be available soon.
The news came courtesy of VLC developer Hugo Beauzée-Luyssen.

This comes just a few months after VideoLAN released a Windows 10 Universal app for its media player, allowing users of Win10 PCs, tablets, and mobiles to use VLC on their devices.
